Excellent
Easy to install. I have to re-tune frequently but this is because I'm near the mast, and I get conflicting signals. However, once tuned, it's perfect and I this aerial replaced another because I lost all the itv channels with the old one and nothing brought them back - this up to date replacement solved that problem. Very happy.

Which Best Buy
Mum needed a temporary aerial and this one was listed as a best buy and is an English made product.Does the job my only comment is the USB cable part of it is a bit to short as is the aerial cable. An extension lead on the aerial allowed location away from the TV by a window USB cable plugged into TV not in the supplied plug but cable cannot be routed out if the way. But as a temporary measure this worked well I guess a USB extension cable was needed as well.

Works well
I have two of these & they work well. In one room, a length of aerial cable is required to site in the correct position. I believe extra cable is an option from the manufacturer

Does not work with LED TVs
I bought this when replacing a Panasonic LCD TV with a LG LED TV in our sitting room upstairs.. I tested it first with the LCD TV and it found about the same number and quality of stations as the same type of TV in our living room which has an external aerial. Having mounted the new TV on the wall I connected this aerial and it found a fraction of the stations which were all unwatchable. Because of the short aerial cable it wasn't an option to connect it directly to the TV so I moved it to a more convenient location using standard shielded aerial cable and it worked fine. We have a standard lamp with LED bulbs next to the aerial and when this is turned on reception is rubbish. Which? could not confirm whether this is an issue with LED TVs and the manufacturer has not replied to my query but the aerial cable attached to the device is so thin I suspect it is not shielded and therefore vulnerable to electromagnetic interference.

Brilliant but…
…it stopped working today. No idea how or why.

Good product but cable too short
I purchased with a separate 4m lead which did the trick as the one with the aerial is wholly impractical. Good product so far however but shame they don't read the reviews and extend the cable.

Really worked for me
Very simple to put the three parts together. I used one of the USB ports on my telly for the booster power. I have it positioned, not obviously, in an alcove next to the telly facing the window (so the TV is mostly obscuring the box from view and it is the full length of the TV away from the window). It scanned perfectly and from having no channels I now have over one hundred. We recently moved home and I was horrified to find there was no aerial. This aerial has given much better reception. We were at the top of a four floor block of flats before but had a lot of channels with poor quality. Now with this aerial on the ground floor and receiving through untold rows of high-density inner city housing.I don’t understand how it can work so well.I chose this aerial based on the Which Best Buy Rating. I also got an Amazon warehouse return for £17 so v v happy. As others have commented, the cable is quite short at about 1m or less so consider getting a cheep aerial extension cable if that won’t work in your set up.

Simple to set-up
I purchased this aerial based on a WHICH? Review. I liked the look of it and the fact that you have the option to stand it up or lay it down.Since moving to mid-Wales I have experienced intermittent interference with the signal. I only get about a third of my channels working well all of the time. Setting it up couldn’t have been easier which was a really pleasant surprise. I was a little disappointed that the lead was quite short which limited me to where I could place the aerial, but I managed to set it up by the living room window without too much fuss.I’ll probably end up buying an extension cable as I don’t think I’ve yet found the optimum position for a satisfactory signal, but can’t complain at the reception I have so far which is about 80% and much improved on what I’ve been used to getting. The whole experience was painless and yes, I would recommend it.
