I received this and the hot water would not work for anything. I'd waited so long to decide to buy it, I started to keep it and just use it with no hot water. However, I filled out a return and it was replaced very quickly and the hot water works! I don't know what I was thinking! I love that hot cocoa/tea maker!!! thanks

Product doesn't work.
Awful product. Awful seller. The product didn't work. The water never got cold and the refrigerator section didn't get cold either. Seller is extremely difficult to work with for returns

Customer service
The hot water didn't work on the first unit I recieved. Customer service was prompt and made getting a new unit effortless. I wasn't charged for the new unit or having to return the old one. The new unit i recieved works well and i have not had any issues.

Problem after the first 12 months
I had no problems with the Cosvalve Water Dispenser with mini fridge for the first 12 months. During the 13th month, however, the unit would no longer dispense hot water. I usually don't purchase an extended warranty but this time I had purchased the Asurion Warranty, so I was able to get the purchase amount refunded. Since the dispenser did not come with free shipping originally, I did not get a refund for the $40 shipping fee that I had to pay when I initially purchased the dispenser.

Item looks good but mine was defective. Dispenser kept on dripping as visible in the video
Item looks good and sturdy but mine came out defective. I said defective because the dispenser kept on dripping from the point of cold water pouring. Also it’s noisy, it’s in my moms room and the noise of its compressor for the ac is loud. I would give it 2 stars. Thanks
