My question concerned the authenticity and purity of the beef liver since I was putting this in my body. The supplement arrived on time as scheduled and was well packaged as any customer would expect. I chose this natural supplement over some similar ones because the product description explained the benefits of desiccated liver so that I could understand what it could do for me. If you feel sluggish and tired despite the amount of sleep you get then this is the supplement for you. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had to when my doctor even said something about my iron levels improving dramatically! I can’t tell if it’s doing anything or not other than my body will unconsciously develop an aversion to swallowing very particular pills and I have no problem with these. I think in terms of getting some supplemental vitamin D and retinol, it’s hard to beat liver. I have also read Dr. Ballantyne’s book/paleo mom (who owns this brand) and she seems very knowledgeable, I’ve only disagreed with her on one thing.

I’ve used almost a whole bottle of this product and it does boost my energy levels. I feel better during the days when I do take. Although, I’ve had the craziest, scariest dreams I’ve ever had in my life. At first I thought it was the added stress that cause them (I just started college) but I stopped taking these capsules for two weeks and had no bad dreams. I took two in the morning (it says four but I’m a small person) and that night I’ve had one of the worst dreams I’ve ever had in my life. I would say the product does what it says but for me, it’s not worth waking up at night and being upset during the day due to these nightmares.
