The punch bag was ordered and delivered within a few days and well packaged to avoid scuffs to the bag itself. The bag came with mounting brackets and wall bolts to hang the bag itself (you need a masonry drill bit, not included) the package also came with gloves, skipping rope and wraps. My son was more than happy with the purchase and uses it every day. Would buy from RDX again in the future.

Very good customer service, an item was missing but was easily and quickly replaced.The only problem I have is the quality of the screws a wall plugs, the wall fitting has already flew out of the wall (and almost hit me while working out). I am a plumber by trade, so know how to fit items to brick walls. This was fitted in the garage.Lucky I didn’t get hit, as it would have caused serious damage.I recommend buying your own wall plugs for this item. I have refitted with better fittings and so far so good.

There were some bits missing and they were sent seperately. all looks good. i also purchased bigger bolts and raw plugs as my wall isn't very strong.

Purchased as a 7 piece set but it’s only come with 6 pieces. There are no instructions with it, it’s pretty easy to figure out but still not really the point as I can definitely see someone buying this and have no idea how to put it together. Had to go out a find a bigger drill bit and bigger wrenches. Since posting my original review a member of their compliance department has been in contact with myself to try and resolve the issues I had. They sent emails which I did not see but they then resorted to WhatsApp as the were determined to fix the issue. I really respect their effort and it has changed my view. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a heavy bag. Since ordering this item I have also added sand bags to make the bag heavier which was really easy to do.

Good quality and everything you need to get started

First of all, I'd just like to say that the bag itself is very good and I am very pleased with the quality of the material, weight (around 30kg) and durability of the bag, as well as the suspension chains that came with the bag, which are used to hold it up. As of right now, I haven't used the bars for the wall mount, so I won't include them in the review.Other than the bag, the skipping rope is decent enough for a low standard, plastic skipping rope, although I will not use it as I have a better rope already, it is a nice freebie, I suppose.Next, the tightening fabric strap cannot support the weight of the bag, in my experience, so you are best off trying to find something else to use to hold the bag, as it will untighten (perhaps I was using it incorrectly, I am unsure). However, the quality of it didn't seem too bad and it didn't rip or anything.The wraps are actually pretty good and have velcro on them as well, for securing them. Probably the highest quality item here besides the bag and chain.The grip strength item is okay, it doesn't feel like it's especially high quality, but it is functional and I have not broken it yet, although it is pretty good for a free add-on.The keychain gloves exist... They're a bit too big to actually attach to a key, but they are cool and feel well made for a keychain.The actual "gloves" that come with the bag are laughably bad. I could barely get my hands into them (I have slightly large hands, I suppose) and they offer very little protection, padding and/or wrist support, and are made from a really cheap-feeling and flimsy plastic material. The only item that I wish wasn't included as the harm to the planet in creating them outweighs their usefulness even when you take into account that they functionally cost me £0.Finally, the worst part of the product was the delivery, as the item was delivered to a completely wrong address, one day later than what I paid for and the person who lived at the other address had to phone my mobile number (it was printed on the delivery box) and I had to drive to their house in order to pick it up. Once I had delivered the package to my own house, I realised that the skipping rope and D-Ring were not included in the box, which I brought up to RDX. To RDX's credit they contacted me and sent the missing skipping rope and D-Ring to my (actual) address in a very quick amount of time, 1-2 days, I believe. Fortunately, I recognise that this delivery to a different address may be more down to Yodel than RDX, but I have not had this explained to me yet.All in all, I would say that the product is really quite good, especially if you only consider that you're paying for the chain and bag, with everything else being essentially free. The staff at RDX also seem to be quite attentive.Just remember to buy some other gloves, if you don't already have some (I currently have a pair of RDX's gloves and would recommend them to beginners).Edit: I have now spoken more with the seller and they have refunded the majority of the shipping for my troubles, so I am changing this review to 4 stars to reflect that.
