I’m afraid I don’t know, you will have to ask the seller. No mention of BPA on the description and although some nylon does have BPA some don’t these days

Can I use this bag to separate curds from whey with fermented kefir?

Works, but takes a while to drain the whey. It's a very fine mesh bag.

Would this bag separate the cloudiness (limescale) from boiled water

No. The holes are far too big for solutions. It is for straining, not filtering.
