Connexx Sleeve 3.0 L Power by Signia (Extra Small)

I'm happy and glad I ordered these for my Signia BTE aids. Fit perfectly, accurate sizing. Saved a bundle over buying them from my local HA provider selling the genuine Signia brand.

Good product safely delivered in a timely fashion

My Signia Silks were originally fitted with unvented Medium domes. The sound and pressure were as if I had water in my ears. Then we fitted Smalls. The sound was better and they were more comfortable, but they tended to flop around so the drivers weren't always properly aligned. Then, when the weather got cooler, they'd fall out completely. Medium holds them in place, and the venting allows the eardrums to function properly. Everybody's ears are shaped differently. Choose what fits.

These things are tiny. They must be for kids. Also the main complaint is that they do not snap onto the ear canal speaker and I had to have the piece pulled out with surgical grippers. Make sure of what brand hearing aid and the style of in the ear speaker as well as the size you need.

The function very well and after months of use, they are very durable. However, it's impossible to know what size you need until you try one on. I returned these for an extra small (XS). The black color does not look good in my ear. I'd prefer the manufacturer provided a clear or skin tone colors to choose from.
