Excellent value for money
I bought this to replace a defunct Dremel. The power unit is well designed, without the shambolic Dremel on/off switch and with good ventilation sensibly placed so avoiding the Dremel "white smoke" disasters. The kit of attachments is a delight, far more extensive than Dremel's and whereas Dremel's is in a miserable little box that hides everything, here we have a high visibility layout and immediate access.I see 1 star complaints that the attachments are useless. Presumably written by those unfit to use high-speed tools. The cutters perform extremely well but, being thin, of course they break if used clumsily.

Great tool but attachments are rubbish.
The rotary tool itself is fantastic, every bit as good as a Dremal but half the price, the attachments however let it down and some are downright dangerous, the 1st tine I used the flappy sander it disintegrated and bits hit me in the face, the wire brush bits did the same, my advise is buy the set and bin most of the attachments, it's still a great buy and recommended by me.

Great gift
Bought as a gift. The recipient finds it really handy to have the range of attachments. All fits nicely in the case. Works well, good construction. Easy to use.

You get what you pay for
I bought this after reading it was rated number 1 Rotary Multi-tool on a comparison website. I was trying to avoid spending a fortune on a Dremel and this seemed like a safe bet.Within 30 mins of using it, I probably won't touch it again. The sturdiness of the cheap plastic is already giving way. After the first 1 minute use, the bit flew out. Putting it down to human error, I re-read the instructions and tightened a new bit on. 4 times the bit flew out, I can't tighten any more as the locking button is already loose. The flexi shaft over heats rapidly and gave up turning the bit.The kit comes with a lot of accessories, which are great for a tool display cabinet. Functionally as useful as Anne Frank's drum kit. Once again kicking myself for trying to cut corners and go cheap. My advice is to not waste any further time looking at this product.

Great product
Super product with loads of things to practice with although only really wanted it for sanding clay. Trouble is my husband has been found digging about in the box to see what he can use, so will have to hide if away or buy him his own!

So far, so good - powerful motor
This seems to be living up to its review as being excellent value for money, with a 170 W motor like the much more expensive Dremmel. The inside compartment holding the unit is a bit flimsy and it is too early to say how well this will last - my two previous ones, of other makes, have both blown up so I'm not holding my breath.

Don't buy Dremel - Buy Sealey
I've had 2 or 3 low end tools from other manufacturers and they were fairly rubbish. I then bought a Dremel make and it failed with little use within a year. Bought this one and it is clearly the best one I've ever had. Wish I'd got one years ago.
