I’m really happy with these ankle straps. The quality is excellent they feel strong, durable, and very well made. I’ve tried other straps before, but these are on another level.They provide great stability and support during workouts, especially for cable kickbacks and glute exercises. I feel more secure, and that helps me focus better on the movement instead of adjusting the straps all the time. Also, the design is nice and comfortable, and even the colors look great. Definitely worth it if you’re serious about your training.

These were a little different than I expected.they have Velcro that straps around your foot which I didn't expect. Great product. Does the job, cute and fits any size foot!!

I was tired of using the shared ankle straps at my gym because they never seem to fit right and always feel sweaty or just gross from other people using them. I went on a mission to find my own pair and ended up with these LAVVON ankle straps. First off, the colors are awesome. They’re bright and fun, which honestly makes workouts a little more motivating. More importantly, the fit is great. They’re comfortable around my ankles without digging in, and they stay in place during cable exercises so I’m not constantly adjusting them. Since adding these into my leg day workouts, I’ve been much more consistent with cable kickbacks and other glute-focused movements. I’ve actually noticed significant muscle gain in my glutes, which tells me they’re doing their job and letting me train properly instead of fighting uncomfortable straps. I’ve had them for a few months so far and they still look and feel great. I’ll update this review if anything changes with durability or longevity, but at this point I’m very happy with them. Plus, it’s nice knowing they’re clean and not shared with the entire gym. If you hate the gym’s ankle straps as much as I did, these are a great upgrade.

I bought these ankle straps for the ymca, since they don’t have any. I have very small ankles and no ankle straps have ever fit me before, and these are the perfect size for me! They can be used on big ankles as well and are very comfortable the padding doesn't rub on your skin or leg. The thickness is in between good and great. My workouts are a lot smoother now that I have these.

I’m a gym rat and spend two hours in the gym 6 days a week. I get lots of questions about my workouts because I have been very devoted to a solid routine. I especially get questions about my leg program at the cables. I really like these ankle straps because they adjust quickly with the Velcro straps. I have recommended them to a number other people. They are durable, stay put with each exercise.
