Saves time and effort
This little gadget is great! It makes chopping herbs so much easier. It has only two parts which work very simply; easy to clean and easy to be protected from the blades. I highly recommend it.

Works well and is very easy to clean. Just make sure the herbs are as dry as possible.

Doesn't last.
The roller works with a little pressing, however, it broke after the first wash. It said it was dishwasher safe, so I put it on the top rack and now, the buttons on the sides no longer engage when putting the blades out for cutting.

Before I saw this, I didn't even know there were special tools for mincing herbs.The best part is that blades are retractable and so I don't need any cap to protect myself from the blades, I can open and run it under water to quickly cleanup - well designed!

This looks great, and it is for pulling the herb leaves off the stems, but it's not great at chopping them. I definitely prefer herb scissors
