Great Customer Service!
The chair came in a pretty compact box compared to other chairs I have purchased before. Upon opening, the pieces were neatly arranged and most of the pieces to assemble are either protected by plastic wrap or cardboard which is a great plus! The instructions to assemble are pretty straightforward. I especially like that the base of the chair having a plastic guide on each of the 5 metal arms to easily allign the screw holes when assembling. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble. I used the given tool to build the chair. Also, a tip to those having a problem with the leg rest from being pulled up from under the chair, I would advice you to properly allign the 2 plastic holder parallel to the metal rods and test how loose they are when you pull them before tightening to ensure them from getting pulled or pushed easily. The pillows that came with are soft and do offer some support an the back.Ultimately, I really wanted to love this chair but it feels like it isn't for 450 lbs. To be fair, I am not an engineer so idk if the design can or cannot hold the aforementioned weight limit, and can only compare it to my other chair. The tilt/reclining metal piece which is attached to the bottom of the seat is not as bulky compared to the one on my old 400 lbs chair that it was gonna replace. The 5 armed base is also a little skinnier than my old 400 lbs chair. I am 6 ft tall and 260 lbs for reference and this chair is supposed to hold upto 450 lbs, and while the chair seems to carry me fine, I guess it feels less built than my older chair. Also, i have only tried to recline it 3 times but the arms started to feel loose so I had to tightened it again. Also, the seat cushion is adequate for maybe 2 hours before you start to feel some discomfort. But if you stand and leave for 30 min, it kind of puffs back and you are able to sit on it again for 2 hours before you start to feel some discomfort again. The leg rest that you can pull from under is also pretty fragile. It can barely hold both my legs and it feels like it will buckle under pressure.Edit!I contacted the seller and they were very nice and timely in addressing my concerns. They will be replacing my chair. I have changed my review because I am happy to know that the seller is standing behind their products' warranty so I know that I can trust them.

Uncomfortable
The two things this chair 💺 has going for it is the price because it is affordable, and the assembly is fairly straightforward. But that's where it stops as far as benefits. I wanted to wait on reviewing it after a couple of months of ownership.A couple of things you should know about this chair before you buy it. For whatever reason it tilts forward. You sit on it and it wants to tilt which makes sitting on a gaming chair super uncomfortable. Whether it was my brother whom weighs 190 pounds, or my niece whom weighs 110 pounds they both said the same thing. It's uncomfortable. The constant tilting forward regardless of the person sitting on it makes it awkward. Also after about a month of sitting for simple tasks like paying bills online or shopping on Amazon the padding where you sit is non existent. Where you ultimately feel the metal parts under the cushion as opposed to the actual cushion. Remember, this is supposed to be a gaming chair which would imply constant hours of sitting playing your favorite games 🎮.Another thing to point out and I don't know if it was just my chair, but the armrests don't seem to want to hold. They were loose. I put on the screws by hand first. Finger tighten them and then took the provided tool to tighten them down. But to no avail, once you put any kind of weight on the arm rest with your elbows they seem to loosen everything.Trying to use that leg rest portion on this gaming chair was also awkward. I had my 9 year old niece use it and she felt like she was going to fall forward. The backrest option is also just weird. To finalize my review I would recommend you go out there and get a better option. The price is the only thing that's good about this chair. I would not recommend you get this.
