Has anyone tried to open this months after the initial opening?

Yes. I’ve been buying this for a long time because the brush makes application so much easier and cleaner. Mine usually lasts (can be opened and reopened) until the bottle is about 3/4 empty.

will it bond a metal thread stud to aluminum plate?

I don’t think this one will do it. They have other ones on their website they have what will be better This I use for repairing coffee handles and such.

I want to bond vinyl decal (chess board) to painted plywood. Adhesive isn't holding. Will this work?

This glue seems to work on non-porous surfaces best. I attempted to repair broken ceramic pottery garden items and it did not bind the two pieces. Not sure if it would work on wood. It is a very thin, clear glue.

Can this be used to glue epoxy resin items together?
