This cordless heating pad is exactly what I am looking for
A co-worker of my wife recommended this Comfier cordless heating pad to her, and I pulled the trigger and placed the order while it was on sale (30% off regular price). The pad comes with a very portable package containing the heating pad, a charger, an extension strap (for people with a large waist size), and a manual. The pad feels soft and durable, probably is made of polyester. Fully charging the belt takes 3 hours.Upon removing the heating pad from the charger, my wife wrapped the heating pad around her waist and started to try it on. The pad is held together with velcro so it will fit a variety of waist sizes. Wife ran 2 x 30 min sessions. She is satisfied when the pad is able to provide moderate to high amount of heat to her lower back in a uniform way, which is very soothing but without the burn sensation. She turned on the vibration on for her second trial, and found out the combination of heat and vibration are doing more trick than heating alone, mostly because the vibration will stir up the blood circulation. The intensity of the vibration can be adjusted (low, medium and high), and with the highest vibration on I can hear the humming sound when I sat next to her.The coworker of my wife who recommended the Comfier cordless heating pad said she uses the heating pad for monthly cramps, which provide some relief for cramps. So, I assume this Comfier cordless heating pad could find its use both on the lower back and tummy.

Heat Pad
This heating pad is ok. I feel some things need improvement such as battery duration. It seems to lose it quickly. Heat function could be more heated. I do like the different modes and easy to use remote functions. I think a pocket holder would be nice to tuck the remote in when walking around. Overall it’s very soft and fit securely when wearing. It did help with stomach cramping.

good warmth and relaxing
I don't have any medical need for this, but rather just got it to keep warm during the colder months, and for me it works very well for this function. I like how it is "cordless" in the sense that it uses a battery and doesn't need to be plugged into a power source while you use it. This is nice, so I am not tied down while using it. Despite having a battery, it is lighter than I expected. The battery also seems to last multiple 30-minutes cycles. My one initial issue is that even when using unplugged, there are cords and internal components (see photos) that pressed up against my ribs. It would be nice if there were added padding to make it more comfortable, but this was an easy fix if I just use the product upside down. To clarify, if you wear the pad with the Comfier logo right side up, the cords face upward and are on the left side. When I flip it and the cords face down on the right side, it doesn't press against anything. The vibration feature is a nice addition and is relaxing. It gets plenty warm for me, especially if I don't wear too many layers underneath it, so I typically wear it between my T-shirt and sweatshirt. Thick layers would also dampen the vibration massage, so it is more effective with less layers underneath it. Overall,D I am very pleased with this purchase.

Very nice on your back!!!
My mother has some serious back problems and likes heat, so I thought this would be a good device for her. Particularly because heating pads don’t attach to you and they require an outlet, whereas this is rechargeable and it does a nice vibration massage.Let me give you the basics. This weighs 1.7 pounds and is compact and comes in a nice box with a handle that does not take up much room. It’s sturdy, and it covers a good portion of your back when you have it on.The remote is attached to the belt via a short cord. The power cord is attached to the belt via a short cord into which the charger attaches. You can use it while it charges. It takes more or less 3 hours to charge, and a charge lasts an hour, depending upon which settings you use. There are four motors that vibrate with low and high levels. There are three massage programs. We like the one that’s sort of a mix.You can have heat on or off.The unit comes with an extension that attaches to the unit with velcro to accommodate different sizes. The instruction manual is short and comprehensive. Be sure to read it over for safety instructions, like not using this in moist environments or under covers. It runs for 30 mints and shuts off, and you should not run it longer than that in one session so it does not overheat and so it’s safe for your body. It has an auto shut-off when it overheats. The unit without the extension is suitable for very slender people. My husband is 6’2” and 180 pounds and needs to use the extension. The extension makes it usable for most. I’m a big girl and it works for me.We like to use this sitting on the sofa. I wrap it, then sit, then open and adjust to my liking. When not in use I keep it plugged in so it’s always ready. My mom likes the light massage and the heat while watching TV.It’s well-made and not at all flimsy. The only quibble I have is that I wish the extender had more velcro to fasten down the excess. That would be helpful for folks that just squeeze into needing the extender. That said, the extender is generous and wide and comfortable. We are very happy with this unit. For my mom the fact that it can be used without a cord is a real pleasure. With the nice vibration that just plain feels good this is a big upgrade from heating pads!
