Hi, Yes Tidal offline mode is available. The reason for the confusion is because there's a very old version of Tidal that ships preinstalled with the SR35 (contractual agreement requires this is still on the device) and many people use this version instead of downloading the newest release v.2.80.0 from the services menu.
