Highly Recommended for Making Beef Gravy!! Try it!
Pros/Con: Oh my, first time I tried this one I knew it was the perfect base for when I cooked large pot roasts, brisket, and it makes an awesome Beef Stroganoff base also. It is a rich, darker brown color with a broth consistency that works well with an additional can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup to thicken it. Blends well as it heats in a pot over medium low heat. Add your favorite spices and seasonings and voila, a perfect gravy! Easy to use, good value and adapts to most any recipe. Con: It's not a pop-top easy open can. You will need a can opener to use it.

This has such a good taste to it. I made French dip sandwiches with it using deli roast beef delicious.

MAKES DELISH FRENCH DIP SANDWICHES
Wish Campbell's still made Onion Au Jus. Can't find it anywhere. Anyway, this is perfect for French dip sandwiches. A big hit always. Microwave sliced onions (ring shape) and then drop in pot of Au Jus and heat it on the stove. I also use this to make Korean Beef in the slow cooker. It's the best. You will love it. And of course use it with roast beef or roast beef sandwiches. You wont' be disappointed.
