Slushie machine for frozen drink at my business but machine was damaged and had to b returned. I will order another one and hope it comes in without any damage.

This product was not the same as the picture. I was worried it was a high quality knock off. After looking up things for an hour I found the product was on the Vevor Europe website… I don’t like the look of the red handles or the stickers but it does a good job of making slushy.. one knob broke after first use.

I am not happy with this purchase. We have used the machine 3 times. The first time it was fine. The second time the whole thing froze solid. The third time one side didn’t get cold at all and the other side only partially froze.

After two days one of the dispenser valve is leaking

Amazing machine!!!Very happy with the quality, however did not come with manual, warranty card, extra parts bag, led lights or handle. Have contacted third party seller 5 times. They requested pictures of missing items… REALLY!I’ve been with Amazon for quite sometime and have always been pleased.Vendor is difficult to make this large purchase right!

This whole experience was horrible !! the slushy machine did not work AT ALL ! It looks like it was used ! And i spent a lot of money now I’m trying to return and can’t even get a label for the tracking number for them to pick up and return! I’m not going to be paying extra money for something that was not my mistake ! Very disappointed i really am not the type to write any reviews but I’m frustrated at this point haven’t heard anything back !

In stead of renting one for three open houses we decided to purchase one. Who doesn’t like a slushy?!?! Great purchase!

This product was only used three times before one side stopped working. I could not get parts, so no one could work on it.

OK here's my review. The machines arrive in a wooden box. Inside that box is another cardboard box buffered by polystyrene. Everything is very secure. The handles and bowls are already greased and fitted so no assembly is required. Bowl number 2 is on the left, bowl 1 on the right hand side. It takes about 7 litres of slush to cover the drum to start.POWER SWITCH - ON/OFFCOOLING SWITCH - There is a switch for global cooling function. The light inside the switch goes ON and OFF indicating when the compressor is working and not. This means the temperature regulation is automatic for both bowls2x SLUSH HARDNESS DIALS. There are 2 dials for slush hardness to INDIVIDUALLY control each bowl. They have 4 settings - from left to right side: OFF, Low, Medium, Hard. (They are not labelled like this, I am just advising you). So If one is empty just turn to left side - OFF. BEWARE the machine must be turned on to feel the clicks on the dials between 1 and 4. If the power is off, you don't feel the clicking.SPIRAL SWITCHES - ON/OFFIt cools very fast - 50 minutes. We start on 4, then turn to 3 as the slush gets a bit hard and doesn't pour well. But that's not bad thing it's good because in hot summer the machine can still go to 4 to make nice slush in hot weather.The taps feel good quality and strong. The lids are quite heavy and have a plastic ceiling within the lid itself. Can add lighting later.**The refrigerant is R134a** and not the one advertised. I don't know if this s good or bad to get refilled...PRO's - Machine works well, ices quickly very happy. I will buy again. Came with extra bowls and tap seals.CON's - The steel covers has sharp corners, be careful when cleaning. The spirals did make a grinding noise when working but now they are fine (start with slush hardness 3 not 4)The positions of slush hardness dials move when adjusting from left to right, maybe they never tightened it tightly inside.Oh, my machine which arrived was rated 500w on the sticker. The advert some places says 400w and sometimes 700w, but for me it iced nicely at 500w so no issues.
