I have seen this prescribed, off label, to help with impulsively and craving. I thought I’d give it a try. I’ve lost 9 pounds in three months! I’m not eating sugar. I don’t have to think about it. It’s not stressful. I just don’t really want it and when I do eat sweet stuff I don’t binge on it. I don’t drink much anyway but when offered a margarita at lunch last week, I just didn’t want it. I didn’t want to be altered and I didn’t want the day time hangover that would have come with that. I love margaritas! I don’t think I’ve ever turned one down. I just didn’t want it. I like the effects of this supplement. I will continue to take it. My waistline and blood sugar are both better for having tried it. Purchased for glutathione production, liver support, and anxiety management. Initial dose of 1200mg daily was effective for energy and mental clarity, though I experienced increased bruising. Reducing to 600mg daily maintained the benefits while eliminating that side effect. Satisfied with results. Tips: Take on an empty stomach in the morning. Be aware it can have a mild blood-thinning effect, so plan accordingly if you have medical procedures coming up. Would purchase again.
