Good as expected go with it

07/08/24 I just noticed. Amazon Prime doesn’t work in this tv. None of the video is playing. I can only see the thumbnails of the videos. Also tried through the browser as well. Still not playing. It says browser is outdated and can’t play the videos. I did all sort of troubleshooting including turn off tv, router, reset wifi etc. As I mentioned earlier this is the worst TV ever I have seen or used in entire my life. NEVER EVER BUY THIS TV. 04/08/24 It’s a useless TV. Can’t even use it as a display output device. It keeps freezing. Each time I need to turn off and on to get the home page. Apart from 3 installed OTT you can’t install any other app or files. No side loading available even through usb. There is an outdated browser which doesn’t work for many sites. Especially JioCinema. I get a blank page when I try to open Jio Cinema. I cleared the browser history cache and everything else, still no luck. Another annoying thing is that it keeps asking to agree the terms n conditions each time I turn on the TV. This TV doesn’t worth even Rs.1000. I wasted my money. Hello Kodak, if you are seeing this message please take your TV/Display unit back and return my money. It’s good for nothing. It’s in exact same condition as it delivered. I have all its accessories and box as well. 30/07/24 There are only limited OTT apps available. We can’t download any app through browser or apk as it doesn’t support side loading. The only way to watch other OTT apps watch it through the browser. Also the description says the remote has SonyLuv and Zee5 button. However my remote doesn’t have these 2 buttons. Why the manufacturer limiting or restricting the customers from downloading the apps that they are looking for. This is very cheap mentality.

its an ok tv connectivity is good picture quality is ok sound is very good but lags at boot time and has some pop-up ads running at main screen which are irritating.

I am not satisfied with the product service provider. Tv is superb, if your remote works, but I'm unable to use the tv without remote. The remote is not working anymore. I have contacted to Amazon customer service, they suggested to contact spares team, but no one helped me through proper way. I've claimed an warranty, but nobody has visited my home, but after two days it shows that my problems are solved. I'm totally shocked on this, that, how my problems are solved, even if no one has visited my house? Amazon team, please explain this.
