good for treating my natural 4c hair
Love the fact I can carry on with my day. However the heat doesn't stay as long as I wish it could but then I again I'm talking about hours which clearly would not be possible. Altogether a good buy.

Quick delivery, good product. Using it for oil treatments and condition my hair, works well.Only minus point, the heat does not last long, at least 10/15 mins, when packs heat via microwaves..Tried heating the gel packs in hot water (hob) and last longer - up to 30 min.

Gets the job done...easier deep conditioning
I decided to order this as I had heard a lot about it and also wanted a wireless cap so I could move around whilst conditioning. It works well and heat tends to last for the 20mins max recommended wearing time. Only downside for me is the heat packs are a bit tricky to warm up in the microwave as the timing and temp need to be specific and it can't be done in one go for more than 45secs or you may damage the packs so it's a start and stop process to get the right temperature. Cap material is a bit thin so not too sure on it's longevity but for the price it's reasonable and gets the job done even if it doesn't last forever!.

I require more heat
Not what I expected but it's ok. I will use it when traveling and or at the gym. Perhaps I will give it to my granddaughter who is 10. I do like it but I require more heat.
