difficult to set the tune and the shape of the kalimba makes it difficult to hold it for too long and pratice.

Overall quality of the product is very good.
The keys are not soft enough, very hard on fingers to play. The sound is not as sweet as should be or as demonstrated. Over all quality of the product is very good. But this does not fulfills the purpose.
