I love this L-Carnitine and the grape flavor tastes awesome! It’s an individual shot so it’s easy to take on the go. Plus it has 3.5g Carnitine per serving so I often split it half in the morning before I train, then half in the early afternoon. Non stim so stacks well with coffee or a pre-workout. Five stars :)

Convenient
Convenient little bottles, I kept in my gym bag. Took a shot before my warmup, tasted great and felt energized in ten minutes. Had a lot of energy and definitely sweat more than usual during my workout. Gave me pep throughout the day too.

It’s so good!
I like taking pre workout shots, especially if it’s L-Carnitine. But there are not so many on the market. I’m glad I found this one. The dosage is great and it tastes amazing
