Wow! Beautiful Sound and Playability
Boy, these Baby Fats really pack a punch. The sound is glorious right out of the box. Very fun to play. Good tuning. Great volume. I just can't put them down. I keep getting more in various keys. I don't even miss holes 8 - 10 -- I never use them anyway. The cover plates are aluminum and can squash out of shape if just shoved in your pocket. Best kept in a case. (I still just put them in my pocket in a plastic sandwich bag to keep lint-free). Considering the sound, playability, workmanship and price, I'm totally blown away by these little gems. They hold their own compared to a Hohner Rocket. Well done, Kongsheng, and many thanks!

Best harmonica
Do you know when they say the best camera is "the one you have with you?" Well, that goes for a lot of things, including harmonicas. That's why I titled this review the way I did. Despite only being three holes short of a standard harmonica, these are much more comfortable to carry in a pocket. And, they sound incredible and are easy to play. I have started playing much more frequently than I have for decades simply because I carry one of these with me everywhere. You are limited to first and second position, but there's a lot of sound to be found there.

A real instrument, real playable, real fun
I asked to harmonica playing friend of mine before I bought this and he told me that he owns several as well as his more expensive instruments. It's a real sweet little instrument at a great price and it's fun messing around with it. Definitely a buy. C is the one most people will need to do what they want to do. Happy playing!

Very fun harmonica!!!
I like this Baby Fat a lot! I attached it to the included Lanyard and wear it around my neck, so I have it with me and can sneak in some harp practice every chance I get, I like it so much I ordered 4 more in various keys. Each key has its own color, so now I have five keys in 5 colores. These are not toys, they are actual playable, bendable harps. They’re in tune and pretty loud too! If you’re a harp enthusiast, go ahead and buy one or more, for the price, you can’t go wrong. I also believe these would make excellent beginner harps for children or adults. They have 7 holes instead of the usual 10, which makes it even easier for a beginner to grasp. In first position you get 2 full octaves. For example, a Baby Fat in C begins on the same blow 1 C as a ten hole, and extends up two full octaves to hole 7 blow. Also, for 2nd position Blues harp playing, you have holes 1 thru 6 which is where most blues and rock harp lives, so you’re no missing much with 7 holes. They also come in a really nice box, which make them great gifts..,I recommend the Kongsheng Baby Fat!

Baby Fat Harmonica’s
Great harmonica for the price. Sounds good and plays well.Smaller than other harmonicas makes it easy to capture attention. Just because it’s small doesn’t mean it’s not loud.

Baby Fat A Harp
It works fine as a "half harp" , much better than a toy. Not quite the expression as a fullsize harp. Some of the translation is lost in the compactness, but really good for what it is and the affordable price for a gift or added harp collection. The neck band is cool making it somewhat more useable

Great little harmonica. Plays well, very good price.
I have played harmonica for years. I play a variety of brands, and I’m pretty decent - all bends, some overblows, blues, country and rock (Whammer Jammer!) This little thing is not for gigs, but it puts out a lot of decent sound with accurate note pitches and easy bends. I keep one in my pocket often and have it to play when the mood strikes. It is actually pretty impressive to people when they see how much music comes from such a tiny item. Really happy with it. The novel size is the thing here. I got an A and a C - both fine. The holes might be a bit small for beginners to play single notes easily. For an experienced player the single notes are a piece of cake. However, if you want a beginner gift that is a real harmonica for a small price (your loved one may not like music as much as s/he thought) this is a good buy. Most any other harmonica in this price range is junk. If you want a good full size beginner - real harmonica - at a very good price, try EastTop brand.

Very nice
Confortable, very good height and width, easy to cup, full and rich sound plus covers are aluminium made which I really like.I'm getting a bunch of them as soon as they go on sale.

Good harmonica set
I’m an amateur with more experience than talent who gets together with others occasionally to jam. I like these harmonicas for their sound and the compact seven hole layout, which fits my hands very well. They are well designed and made and the price and quality are good. My other harmonicas include Suzuki Manjis and an Olive, a Powerbender, a Seydel Wilde Tuned, Lee Oskars, Hohner Pentaharps and a Chromonica as well as other Babyfats in minor keys. I definitely think that these deserve a place in my harmonica case.
