Stunning but couldn’t assemble
Good packaging and came early but when unpacking, it was clear that the attachments on the arms that are supposed to connect to the bench were not going to fit. This was a Christmas gift to myself and I’m so disappointed. All 30 reviews are positive and I’m not sure how. Maybe I just got unlucky but my hard earned $160 just went to waste.Update: The seller reached out to me within a matter of days for a replacement or a refund. Unfortunately, I had already ordered another bench from another company by the time they reached out to me. I opted for a refund for that reason but I would’ve loved a replacement because it is a stunning bench. That being said, I’m giving this review 5 stars simply for the great customer service.

Hinge broken on arrival, stitching comming loose
Came with one hinge broken, doesn't open easily or stay open now, stitching was already loose on a few spots out of box.Company offered return or 15$ refund.Is a big item and inconvenient to return.In my opinion 15$ is a little low for the situation, wouldve been a higher rating if they offered even a 30-50$ refund for a 630$ item.Otherwise nice if it wasn't damaged.
