Works well. Easy to use good bright laser. I wanted a bore sight to be chambered but that is a pipe dream with .22 rifles I guess so this was the next best thing works as expected sturdy plenty of batteries included I only can vouch for use in a .22 so far all good

This worked very well for both iron sight and, scope and red dot on my 22LRs. I used this at home to get a fairly accurate 25yd sigt in and was then able to fine tune at the range. Comes with extra batteries which is nice since these lasers can eat batteries fast. This style also doesn't fall out the end of the barrel like those universal laser sights. Highly recommend.

I have an old Tasco bore-sighting set from 30 years ago. I never used it much because it kind of sucked. This bore-sighter, however, is excellent! You can rotate it in the bore, and the point of impact does not change. I set up a target at 15 yards, and used this to bore-sight my red-dot, and it was in the bullseye with the first shot, only requiring minor tweaks to get dead center. Worth every penny.

I wish they had provided some sort of tool to remove the O rings. I found it very difficult to remove them without ripping them or damaging them. But since I only have to do it once in a while between my .22 and .17 HMR I guess it's bearable. Once I had it fitted it work perfectly.

I've used boresights before, but not the kind where you just insert the tip. This one uses an insert into the end of the barrel as opposed to going in the chamber. Unfortunately, mine was inaccurate with the red dot moving just by rotating the Tipfun boresight while inserted. If it was properly calibrated, the dot would not change position. IMO, the one I have is improperly machined such that there is a very slight bend in the shaft, probably near the threaded part such that the red dot is unstable and basically almost worthless for sighting. I say "almost" because if it gets me on paper, then I can zero from there. We'll see if it even does that. Update: 10.04.23: I decided to fiddle around with this boresight a little simply because the other reviews were good and my experience was different. I retried it and it worked great the second time! I think I mistakenly put 4 batteries in the cylinder instead of 3 so the .22 insert rod wasn't fully aligned with the red dot tip. Holds rock solid now and I've updated my review to 5 stars.

If you want to save money in ammo it's a must have. Gets the scope close to save ammo.

Gets you in a very general area that is needed. Slightly different sight pattern every time it is used.

Used to dial in scopes n red dots Put POI 3/4in from mark. Fine tuned in 6 rounds. product fits nice n snug [ used a touch of lube on washers]..... good choice
