Smaller than i thought

I gave it a 3 because the straps were just hanging everywhere. They weren’t folded neatly. Just thrown in the shipping bag

The 4 corners on the bottom all ripped little by little very fast. I had the purse for about a month at the time and that is when I noticed all 4 were slowly starting to do the same thing. Otherwise, it is a beautiful purse ! I’m upset that it happened because I really wanted to be able to use it longer then 2 1/2 months 🥲

I order this in the cream color nutshell and received the brown one instead , it’s a cute purse was packaged nicely and good quality but it wasn’t the color I asked for
