I was struggling with consistent migraines, and it was recommended that I try taking a magnesium supplement. I have a hard time swallowing pills, so a gummy was a necessity for me to get additional magnesium into my routine. I tried several different brands and have now landed on this one, which I’ve taken daily for the past two years. Pros: Tastes good, easy to take on the go, the gummies aren’t hard, and they have a pleasant fruit snack-like flavor. It’s a great option if you want magnesium without having to take a pill. Cons: I’ve received several containers of these gummies, and my first few bottles had a powdery white coating on them, which I didn’t love. However, my last two bottles didn’t have this, so I’m thinking they may have improved the formula, which is great! Overall, if you’re looking for an easy and enjoyable way to take magnesium, I would highly recommend these.

Taste is good. They did help my sleep. The mag citrate was too hard on my stomach so I could only take 1 vs recommended 2.

I get ocular migraines and this product helps stop it quickly. It is also calming and so I sometimes take it before I go to sleep. I have never had digestive issues with it as some magnesium forms can do. Bonus, it tastes great too!

I am a new customer and initially had a very positive experience with KindNature. My first order was purchased directly from their website, and I was pleased with the quality of the product. Unfortunately, my experience changed when I placed a second order through Amazon. The magnesium gummies I received were noticeably different in quality. They were hard, stuck to my teeth, and did not seem fresh. It felt like either I received a bad batch or the product quality was different from what I had previously purchased through the website. I first contacted the company through Amazon but received no response. I then reached out through their customer support email and received a reply. After explaining the issue, they requested additional information, which I promptly provided. When I later followed up for an update, I was informed that a replacement had been shipped. However, despite requesting a tracking number multiple times, I never received one or any further communication. At this point, I'm left wondering whether a replacement was ever actually sent. As a customer, the lack of follow-up and communication has been disappointing. I also purchased their PCOS gummies directly from the website with my first order, and those seemed to be working well for me. However, after spending $21 on what appeared to be a stale batch of magnesium gummies and receiving no resolution, I have started looking into other companies for future purchases. Since the product was already opened, returning it for a refund was not an option. I've decided to consider this a loss and move on. Based on my experience, I would recommend ordering directly from the company's website, as the products I received there seemed fresher and of much better quality than the ones I received through Amazon. Unfortunately, due to the lack of customer service and follow-through, I no longer feel confident purchasing from this company moving forward.

These work great. If you’re perimenopausal and suffer from night sweats and waking up all night , let me tell you these things , well they’ll put you down like a rhino hit by a tranquilizer dart. I haven’t slept like I’m in a coma since dancing on a bar in college. There’s absolutely no tired hungover feeling.

This tastes nice and it's texture is excellent. Half of one gave me a headache so I'm going to take 1/4 every 3 days until I get used to it, then increase to 1/2 daily. I will buy it again.
