Taste and texture just like pasta but without the wheat making healthier.Would really say to anyone just give it a go.

This are good pasta but definitely not for everyone.It has a different taste and i do not like personally,my wife doesn't have any problems with them.

I was given 2 packets of Zenb pasta at the end of a 10k race and was very pleased when I cooked them. I don’t eat wheat pastas so was delighted to find out how delicious this pea pasta is.The sauces are also very tasty.

No bloating

I was quite impressed by the package. Four boxes of pasta, one of spaghetti and three sauces.I started off by having the spaghetti first. I am not sure if it was the way I cooked it, but it just clumped together and wasn't the best. The flavour was good though, definitely smelt like I was cooking split peas!A couple of days later I used the pasta agile in a pasta bake, and it was great. The pasta held its shape, only took about two minutes to cook and was absolutely delicious. In fact, I think I probably ate too much. But as it isn't made out of flour, I didn't feel bloated, and it didn't put me to sleep like normal pasta does.The three different sauces are really nice too. I have used one as a pizza topping and also whatever was left over as a dipping sauce for the pizza.If you are looking for a gluten alternative to pasta then these are worth a try. I suppose with more practice I'll get the cooking of them perfect.

As someone who has had disappointing experiences with gluten-free products in the past, I was skeptical when trying the Pasta & Sauce Bundle from ZenB. However, I was pleasantly surprised by some aspects of this introductory bundle.Let's start with the positive: the sauce. The sauces provided in the bundle were pleasant and added a nice flavour to my dishes. However, I found that they needed some extra herbs or seasonings to truly elevate the taste. With a bit of customization, they can be quite enjoyable.On the other hand, the pasta on its own left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend eating it plain, as the taste and texture were not particularly remarkable. However, when combined with the sauce and the right ingredients, I was able to create a lovely chicken pasta dish with good flavour.I would rate the Pasta & Sauce Bundle from ZenB with a strong three stars. While the sauce showed promise and the pasta worked well in combination, the pasta itself falls short when eaten alone. With some improvements, especially in the pasta department, this bundle could become a solid gluten-free option for those seeking variety in their meals.
