Definitely not gentle on facial skin.
One jar smashed on receipt but admittedly they refunded the cost once photograph provided. However when both tried some on dry skin on our faces we each got a red and very irritating rash which appeared on day 2 and then vanished after 4 days of non use. I class myself of being quite tough skinned.

Broken jars delivery
Three out of 5 jars in are broken. Cream leaked out from the broken jars and made a mess in the package with cream spread all over . All three damaged jars are cracked at the bottom, indicating cracked under pressure during delivery. I have to use new containers to keep the remaining cream.
