While the appearance is great the thickness catches on the door frame. The lock had some difficulty latching without some adjustments being made.

great pocket door hardware and perfect sizing. We weren't sure how it would work out and were pleasantly surprised. You will need to mortise the door to place this but no problem for my husband to do with the right tools. As one reviewer said, you will need a separate pull on the door edge since this lock doesn't have a door pull mechanism. No problem.
