Very easy to use.Pros: simple to assemble, works quads very well along with the front of my shinsCons: only con I can think of is my feet hit the weighs (I wear a size 12 in shoes). There needs to be a little more room from the base.I figured out a simple fix as I watched my wife doing her sets. I took the clamp that comes with and put it to the base and then added my weight and used another collar to hold the weight in place. Now I have the room to get my feet in better position during the exercises. I would highly recommend this piece of equipment

I used this device for about a week and began to feel a big improvement! I highly recommend this device if you are going to use it regularly to strengthen your tibialis muscles.

This is such a wonderful idea! I have used (tried) dumbbells and plates but felt so unsteady and unsafe with themThis holds the plates securely and really works the calves and legs

Works as advertised.Easy to assemble.I've only used it with about 10 - 15 kilos and everything works and holds up fine.Do keep in mind, you will need a place for your feet to hang out over to use this properly. Not having a bench to sit on, I sit at the top of the staircase and extend my legs out over the steps. Boom. Done.

This little creation is awesome for getting a nice sqeeze of the front tibia dorsi, after hammering the calves on seated and standing movements.

The finished product is fine, but beware the QC on this: The provided wrench was absolutely useless (somehow the 10mm end was sized to 10.7mm according to my calipers, and was well on its way to rounding the nut ends before I switched out to my own tools) and the hole to push the safety pin/clip through was ovoid - too long on one axis, and too short on another - to push the pin through. I had the right tool to fix that as well, and the finished product is fine, but if I didn't have the tools and willingness to correct for the deficit, this would have been a disaster.Again, this review is specifically about Quality Control. The finished product (after my modifications) looks like it will be fine.

It did not target the muscle group I thought it would.

Good for the price and suitable for tight space gym. You could put few barbels on it, up to three 25 lbs.

Producto de calidad, excelente entreno de tibiales. Yo le agregué un sujetador tipo anillo para discos olímpicos para crear más espacio entre mis pies y el disco de 25 libras. Se pueden levantar desde el suelo soportando las piernas en algún banco. Te la tienes que ingeniar un poco, pero vale la pena.

The media could not be loaded.  I received a defective pin in the pack, which does not lock it in place, but the rest of trainer is in good conditions, apart from a few scratches. The only complaint i have is that there isn’t any instructions on how to tighten the screws. It’s a simultaneous action. While tightening the nut with the wrench ontop, you will have to use the allen wrench to hold the screw in place on the bottom.

It is a very good unit and it is easy to set up and use.
