Customer Service is Great
I ordered the bubble and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly it came through the mail. The bubble arrived damaged (zipper broken) - I contacted customer support and the company sent me a new one quickly (less than a week). It was a super easy process and the new bubble works great.I will say that that it could use a higher watt blower to make the balloons go around better (although they do go around now, it’s just slower than other I’ve seen). & the zipper is tricky but I’m not sure if it’s only for this product.

Bad quality
El inflable solo duró 10 minutos inflado y se abrió un enorme agujero. No me quisieron hacer la devolución del producto y solo me hicieron un reembolso parcial. Me indicaron que había un paquete para hacer la reparación y no hay nada. Pésimo producto
