Being a diabetic I am interested in anything that helps lower blood sugar levels and Chromium Picolinate may do that. Time will tell. Since many of my Vitamins are made by Superior Source, I decided to try this one and it indeed does dissolve quickly, which means it will be usable by my body quicker. The only other ingredients listed in this product are peppermint leaf powder and acacia gum. It's unknown how much of these other ingredients are included but both are good for you. Peppermint is in fact one of the oldest medicines in the world dating back to the time of Egypt and Acacia Gum or gum arabic is also healthy for you.

This product is sublingual (under the tongue). It's a mildly sweet taste. For me, it is totally worth getting rid of my sugar craving. A noticeable change in my sugar craving the NEXT DAY. I'm now on week two and I'm craving sweets less and less. My blood test always show my blood sugar is normal. I later found that my sugar is low and that was also causing the craving. I don't know why my blood test sugar is continuing show normal. But this Chromium supplement has helped me GREATLY!!!

This Chromium Picolinate is chewable and fast- acting. That is why I buy it. It helps with Carbohydrate Metabolism and in some cases, with Urinary Incontinence. I work hard on limiting my carbohydrates and eating a nutritious, high fiber daily diet. I hope this helps me to avoid Diabetes II.
