Had to send the first one of these back because some of the buttons were not working but customer service was excellent and replaced it very quickly and with zero fuss. The new one is perfect and both my girls age 4 and 2 love it! It has a number of features and they especially love the little message function. A good few little games to occupy them too so yes very pleased.
