Third time’s the charm! Our first order we were accidentally sent a Corvo instead of the Fellow Stagg Pro Studio, and it was used and dirty and the plastic base was a rough plastic clearly not the quality we expected. Amazon quickly sent a replacement, but the second Stagg Pro Studio arrived with a broken LCD screen that didn’t display correctly. So I contacted Amazon again and we were sent an additional replacement. Finally, the third Stagg Pro Studio arrived in perfect condition, and it’s absolutely worth the wait. It looks beautiful on our counters, and the precision is incredible it even accounts for elevation to ensure the water reaches the exact boiling point needed. We love it and highly recommend it for anyone serious about coffee!

Have had the kettle for two years now. It is beautiful, durable, and very fast. We use it for pour over coffee nearly every morning, My only wish was for a larger model that could accommodate enough water for two coffees. Alas, it does not exist. Beautiful on our counter. Quality build and finish. Highly recommended.

The wifi feature is nearly pointless and the Android app is absolutely terrible. It has a 1 star rating .The app is NOT the Fellow app it is actually named the EKG Updater. Also, the app doesn't actually do the one thing it is supposed to do. It just repeatedly tells me there is an update. This thing cost a lot of money for having such a terrible electronics experience. It might actually heat water just fine. I don't know yet. Just couldn't get through the initial setup. Very lame.

I really love this kettle. It stays right where you need it. No more heating to a certain temperature and watching the kettle cool down 5 degrees before the thermostat is triggered to warm back up. It’s perfectly exact with what it does. It’s pricey, sure. But it also has a 3 year warranty (2 years out of the box, 3 years if you register it). Amazon also had the A-Z satisfaction policy so I feel very confident that I’m buying a kettle that’ll last for years and I’m protected if it doesn’t. I had no idea before i ordered it that it heats to .5 a degree!? Not 1000% necessary but that’s another feature I thought was cool. I’ve tried 4 other different kettles since becoming a serious coffee hobbyist. This is the one for me.

There is everything to like about this tea kettle. Our last home had an instant hot water tap and the new one does not. I searched for a simple stove top whistling pot, but found this one instead. Easy to see how it works and it heats fast. I can set precise temperature and a time to hold that temp. I did not know I needed these features, but I do! The handle and balance works well for me. Worth the money.

It's attractive, and it works fine. But I deducted a star because of the useless Wi-Fi connectivity. There's absolutely no purpose other than to update the firmware. Yes, this coffee pot has updateable firmware. If Fellow would have added the ability to remote schedule or remote power on the kettle via Wi-Fi, then this rating would easily have rated five stars.

got this two years ago as a christmas gift, checked up on it two years later and they still like it.

I really wanted to love this kettle, but for the price, this is unacceptable. After only a month and a half of light use, the Stagg EKG Pro Studio completely stopped working — no power, no display, nothing. I’ve confirmed the outlet works, unplugged/replugged, and followed all troubleshooting steps, but it’s totally unresponsive. For a product that costs nearly $400, I expected reliability. Instead, I’m stuck dealing with warranty claims just weeks after purchase. Very disappointed.

This item is high priced garbage… not even 1 month old and clock can not keep time … really ? I have kettles at lesser value that are 10 times better … avoid at all costs

The base never updates, it always says there's an update I've followed all the instructions and still refuses to update.
