Item as described and arrived boxed. I've now had a chance to use it properly and it performed flawlessly throughout an 8 day trek.

Bite lever broke within 2 months as it is poorly made and flimsy and not designed well. I would not buy this product again and especially for the price.

Product has failed, internal baffles separated, it no longer holds its flat shape. No use for the pack i use it in. I contacted Hydrapak directly and they told me i had to go to Amazon who i bought it from. I had an event i needed it for and couldn't send it back in time, have just tried the returns process with Amazon and it states the return process ended 16th June. I bought it in May. If I had of bought this directly from Hydrapak this wouldn't be a problem.

Works great for hiking. Kind of annoying to clean but way easier than other hydro packs I’ve owned.

裏返して干せるのでカビが生えにくそうです。ただ、型崩れ防止用の仕切りが邪魔で内部全てを拭くのは難しそうです。 使いはじめはビニール臭が気になるかもしれません。 ホースカバーがあるとぬるくなりにくいと思いますが、別売りのは相性があるので要注意です。 カバーのつけ外しの際は飲み口か根本をホースから外すとやりやすかったです。

I've had this bladder for 1.5 years. I do not recommend it. You need to bite quite hard on the valve to get it to flow, but that means the rubber split after only a couple of uses (from biting). Then recently, the little plastic lever you need to push to open and close the valve broke off suddenly, so I can't use it anymore. I've only used the bladder occasionally in the time I've had it, so it's not that I got heaps of use out of it. Given Hydrapak advertise a 'Beyond Lifetime' guarantee, I contacted them to send me a replacement part. The best they offered was 50% discount, and then they ignored me.

La válvula para abrir y cerrar el flujo y paso del agua (en la boquilla) se rompe. Ya llevo 3 y siempre se rompe a los 3 o 4 meses.
