The shelter does not match the dimensions. It is much larger than the stated dimensions! My old shelter size L is smaller in size if measured with a ruler, but it is almost 2 times larger than this one! This is a scam! You write the wrong size, and as a result, only a cockroach can crawl in there and hide!

Slightly smaller than dimensions advertised
This product is slightly smaller than advertised. The listing states it is around 28 x 17 x 9cm when it is closer to 28 x 13 x 7cm. That makes it just a little too small for our tortoises but there are other ways I can use it in the pen so will be keeping.
