They help fill the bag
Fun little party bag filler, bought this for 5th birthday then realised they came with little sticks to scratch off the coating. I had visions of a class of 4 and 5-year-olds poking each other's eyes out so didn't end up giving out the sticks. They will have to figure out how to scratch the coating off for themselves.
