Geo F.Trumper Spanish Leather Cologne Glass Atomiser Bottle 50ml

If you are a collector of fragrance and you want a very traditional vintage scent then this is a nice bottle for your collection. If you are a wet shaver and you really appreciate and enjoy a very very old school gentleman / barber-shop style of cologne then you will really love this, especially if you also buy the Spanish Leather shaving cream (as I have). This was released in 1902 and for me it is a classical / vintage scent. It is extremely well suited for formal business attire I would say, it certainly will comes across as strong and mature, for me this fragrance is all about old-world class and luxury. When I travel on business and stay in an old-world luxurious hotel, I will wear this to breakfast in full uniform. Logs burning gently, old oil paintings, Chesterfield wing chairs... This is what Spanish Leather is about for me. The Truefitt & Hill version of Spanish Leather is also excellent, it is more spicy and has profound smoothness, depth and sex appeal. It usually gets some nice compliments. With GFT Spanish Leather, people may not compliment the fragrance, but they will certainly recognise it, appreciate it, and they will take you seriously and mark you as a "gentlman". But offcourse, with the right woman, this will have big sex appeal also.

Wonderful product. Given as Xmas present to elderly relative who always uses Geo F Trumper. This particular sent was a slight move away from the usuall Sandalwood he prefers and I must say that this is now his favourite, both of the fragrances have the same base note of Sandalwood but the Spanish Leather has added depths, I imagine spaghetti westerns, dry heat and hot tree smells. The smell lasts a good length of time unlike some other cologne. Well worth the money

I bought this for my husband as I thought it sounded like another George Trumper cologne that my husband used in the 60's and 70's (Caribbean Lime). It is not the same but is good. Very "citrusy" and will be good for him to use in the Summer.

Amanzing smell! I bought as a gift but I wanted for me!

I’ve been using Eucris from Geo F Trumper for a few years , and it’s a superb fragrance , decent longevity and projection , and masculine to the hilt .Reading lots of reviews and thinking that it would be a safe bet to purchase Spanish leather from their range , I went for the 50ml cologne spray . Big mistake, firstly I can’t get the fragrance to last long enough to form an opinion, initially ,a blast of imperial leather , and the dry down lasted long enough for me to close the bathroom door . Maybe the 100ml glass bottle is stronger scent wise , but the 50ml spray is very very poor indeed , save your money folks.

Lovely scentBit expensive but lovely smell

I have bought this for my husband previously and the smell was much stronger. A bit disappointed as the scent is usually very good. Does not last long. On the plus side it arrived before Christmas which was good.

Ordered with the shower gel as an anniversary pressie for my husband. This truly smells divine and the bottle is really classy. I ordered from Cube for Men and was amazed with the service - ordered Wednesday lunchtime and received Friday morning - with free p & p to boot! I'm really pleased with this and will use Cube for Men again with confidence.
