First grill i have bought in 20 years. I was attracted to Monument by the good looks and features. I am just as pleased at how easy in was to assemble and use. Dont think i will get much from the lighted knobs but the temp probes and digital temp reading is very useful. The grill heats up quickly and the cast iron grates are good for searing and great quality. Packing was first class. Well done Monument!

I've had this grill a few months now and absolutely love it. The boxes and protective packaging used were impressive. I had to call customer service to find box 1 of 2, as they shipped separately. Customer service was quick and friendly. It was simple enough to assemble and the functionality is great. I like that there's options for additional accessories too. Well worth it.

Although the outer package didn’t look too damaged, I was really disappointed once I opened it. The main bowl arrived with a couple of kicks, with sections of the ceramic already broken (see photos). What’s worse, it appears the item was packed and shipped this way intentionally by the manufacturer. Beyond the burners themselves, none of the other shiny metal components are actual stainless steel — I tested them all with a magnet and they stuck. The burner covers, in particular, feel extremely cheap and low-quality. I honestly don’t expect them to last more than 1–2 years with normal use. The illuminated knobs and electronic display may look nice in photos, but they’re not worth the extra cost. I learned this the hard way after spending $600 on what turned out to be a very disappointing product. Strongly recommend thinking twice before buying this one.

For a gas grill, heat distribution was pretty consistent didn’t have any wild hot spots that you see on other gas grills. Assembly was easy took about 35 minutes. Impressed with the WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities linked up on the first try. The cast iron grates worked great for searing steak! Overall, a good gas grill!

Love this grill! Was straight forward directions to put together, referred to the video twice to confirm what I was reading, big help. Bought the cover (great quality) and griddle (perfect fit) to complement the purchase at a great price and quality all around.

Pro: It cooks meat Con: The grates don’t fit - appears that the housing is warped? Or maybe just a bad fit? Meh: it’s not a $500 grill. No way. A used Weber would be a better choice. Heat seems pretty even. The window is a neat feature. Overall though, cheaper, store-brand grade materials and the grates not fitting. I’d give it 4 stars if the grates fit. Would be 5 stars if the grates fit and the metal was even marginally thicker. Or. 5 stars if it’s $300. Really wanted to love it. It’s just overall meh.

I was excited to finally get another grill, my con-broil was garbage. I spent a lot more money for that and it was honestly junk. They didn’t stand behind it when the stainless fell off? It was a commercial series and high end it should’ve help up. A little more than triple the cost of my monument. So far it’s working well, I had 2 small problems. 1 when I got it, it said free rotisserie I didn’t get it. They did send me a free cover for the confusion. 2 it had a dent in the lid. They sent me a new lid within days! I’ve used it 7 times already and it even cooks better than my con-broil ever did! Yes the metal is a little cheaper, it’s not nearly as heavy. But it wasn’t on fire, and it didn’t fall apart! So I’m already ahead of the game for a much lower price. I did order some stainless grates, I think they should be standard equipment. I’d even pay a little more for that option. But all in all, no complaints! CS was a pleasure to deal with and quick!

Great grill.. very well made, cooks evenly and the interior temperature sensor is nice to have. The lighting on the knobs adds a pretty cool appearance
