This aspirator have enough power to suck the mucus? From the “chest” or is like the others one just suck the mucus in the nose?

Only from the nose obviously + mine got broken after couple of months of use and the seller ignored my emails, waste of money.

It's not, it has suction similar to vacuum is not same level of noise but definitely is a not quiet machine. But it works well.
