Worked great fix my dryer

These are terrible. Three out of four lasted about an hour. I got about one year out of the third one I tried. The fourth one last than an hour again.

My kids started doing laundry and forgetting to clean out the lint trap. We burned through three thermal fuses before I figured out what was happening. I was changed evertging out the first time (thermostat, heating element, high limit, thermistor) the last two times it was just the thermal fuse. Thank goodness for YouTube tutorials.....I can change out this sensor in about 30 mins now. We had a good talk about the essential nature of lint trap maintenance, and the third thermal fuse has lasted a number of months now. I was about to get a new dryer! Check the lint trap.

Fixed my old dryer. Key information you need if you have a “T5” error (really TS for thermal sensor). Once sensor is replaced you need to clear the fault code. Here are the steps for old Maytag Neptune/Samsung dryers. Reset the Error Code After replacing the thermistor, you need to reset the error code: * Enter Service Mode: Turn on the dryer. Press the Chime and Temperature keys simultaneously for 3 seconds until you hear three beeps. * Access Diagnostic Codes: Press the Wrinkle Prevent button to display diagnostic codes. Rotate the Cycle Selector Knob to navigate through the codes. * Clear the Codes: To clear the diagnostic code list, press the Sensor Dry Level and Time keypads.

Good price. This is the 3rd time i replace this part. I dont think the problem with is with the part but my wife is not cleaning the net holding all the dirt before every load. She wants a new dryer but no thank you a few dollars to replace this part based youtube videos and the it has been rinning fine for the past 3 years. Update Feb 18. Changing to 4 stars as it only lasted one week..I had to replace this part again.Feb 26 second one stopped working .. going to buy another brand...it is just too much work March 10 burned again even after replacing all other 4 high heat termostat etc parts. Checked heating element also. Changing this to 1 star. quantity is not quality. Buying a better part now . If that burns also I will update this review. 03262026 3 of those burnt . I bought a different brand and that has been working fine. Seems you get more but poor quality
