Saved my cat and my sister's cat!
I bought this initially on the recommendation of a pet store employee...I wanted a cat milk treat for my 19 yr old and he said this product was best for older pets. Scooter (my cat) seemed to be fading and I wanted to give him enjoyable foods, etc. in his dwindling days...well, after several servings over a couple of weeks, he got his appetite back! Then his litter box visits were better and more productive, too! I believe it contains a probiotic which seems to be the "magic" ingredient. It's been 3 months since the vet told me Scooter was on his way out...he's put on weight and is regular in his litter box...at 19 (92 in human years), that's pretty amazing! When my sister said her older can was throwing up a lot and losing weight, I suggested CatSure...after a few servings, her cat was feeling better...no vomiting and was able to eat foods again. Just goes to show you that all creatures would benefit from probiotics...not just humans.

Use a single serve blender if you can
I read there were some issues with the product not mixing well, lumpy etc. I put it in the single serve nutra ninja blender cup and it mixed up perfectly. So, if you happen to have one of those blenders, give that a shot. My cat seems to enjoy it and that's great because the poor thing had to have all of her teeth removed and has an oral tumor on top of it. Anything nutritious that is easy for her to eat/drink and she likes is a winner in my book.

non milk treat
4 cats of varying ages and weights. I bought the Catsure Powder primarily for my two elderly litter mate kitties (16.5 years old). I try to keep them hydrated and interested in food. They have since given up dry food and eat just wet food these days (though an occasional crunchy treat will pique their interest). Sometimes the wet food is enough, other times they want more wet than food, so to speak. So I look for or make gravies, broths, or a create a soupy mix by mixing water into their pate. Sometimes they want to lick cream cheese, butter, or whipped cream if I am having it. This all led me to look for a feline cat milk or a creamy liquid nutrition of some kind. I saw this come up as I searched through various products. In the past i have on occasion purchased, Whiskas Catmilk. Sometimes they like it, sometimes they don't. I figured the price on this Catsure product was budget friendly enough to try, and if they didn't like it, it wasn't a huge loss. I also liked that I could make up a little bit as I go, and add more or less water to it based on how my kitties liked it. Although I would have preferred something that offered more nutrition and/or calories, this will at least be an option for helping to keep them hydrated. There are 13 calories in 1 tablespoon of unprepared product. I suppose this would be a good treat option for the more corpulent kitties among us. My kitties haven't used it enough for me to be able to tell if it has had a positive effect on their digestive health.I included a picture of my elderly baby girl trying out the Catsure product. We have big dogs, so the cat food is kept up on a counter. She liked it. Her brother liked it. Neither seems to love it. I am hoping they will get into it more as I continue to offer it to them. The other two cats in the household were indifferent. I have sometimes made up a batch only to have it sit there, other times I make it and they take a few good licks then are done. As will most kitties, they sometimes want something, and sometimes not. I just make up a tiny bit at a time then toss it out after a few hours. I rate this 3.5-4 stars.

Made my cat vomit
My 16 year old cat has been having issue with appetite, Vet said he had some beginning stages of kidney disease and after using antibiotics and antacids he was much better but still not eating enough so I thought this cat sure would be a way to help with that. I mixed a small amount in warm water but he would not drink it so I gave him some in a bottle less than a teaspoonful and he immediately throwed it all up. I will try putting the dry powder in some food but he is such a finicky eater if he smells something funny he probably won't eat it that way either.

Helped our old guy get his appetite back!
We got this for our 18-year old cat when he started snubbing almost every food we gave him. He started losing weight and seemed like he was on his way out. We got this and starting mixing it in with the food he would eat. Suddenly, he's eating everything and begs for more. He's even acting like he feels better, Now I'm not sure it's the CatSure or if he was just having a bad spell, but there is a direct correlation between when we started using it and his improved appetite.

THIS REALLY HELPS !!!
I have a cat that arrived at my home when I had bought it in 2011. I am out in the country and saw right away this was a cat someone dropped off. I took the cat to the vet as she is a sweetheart found her to be 3 years old and already spayed. I got her up to date on her vacines and she was great till about 6 months ago. So at 12 years old now she is slowing way down and lethargic. I tried different foods and supplements and saw no positive changes. I bought some of this CAT SURE and after 2 weeks she is showing signs of her old self. The vet says she's just getting old, but this has given her energy again. I have read lots of reviews on here and I believe 100% the positive ones from what I have seen in Buttercup. As far as Chewey.Com being less expensive it is the same price. I will stick with Amazon with excellent shipping times. I would say if your on the fence spend 5 bucks you may be surprised.

Not worth my money
My cat absolutely hates this and refuses to drink it. I can't even sneak it into regular milk or his soft cat food. My cat is senior at 19 yrs old and was losing a lot of weight due to a bad tooth. I got it pulled but it took a long time and a couple different vets and a failed first surgery to get the bad tooth out. My cat lost a lot of weight and had a hard time eating even soft cat food without catterwalling for a while. So I bought this to help supplement him as he got down to 8lbs and was nothing but skin and bone. Basically no muscle mass at all. Unfortunately he wanted nothing to do with this. I ended up having to purchase a high calorie paste and resorted to making home made cat gravy to get him through his tough time until his mouth healed after a second surgery. I've offered this to him several times and he still won't touch it. I offered it to the dogs too and they just walk away.
