I wear it when moving heavy items to protect the Radial Nerve in my wrist.

Working on my KB clean
These were recommended to me for kettlebell work. Helping me while I work on my clean. Probably overkill, but they do the job.

Medium protection
The hard material isn’t super hard, that’s why I consider it medium protection. I used it to protect my wrist after I had some surgery. It gave me peace of mind playing baseball. Fortunately I didn’t get hit on my wrist. It’s not a very hard shell, but it’s better than nothing and comfortable to wear. I like it.

Feels minimally protective
This is pretty soft and flexible and does not feel very protective at all. Will likely return and get something with a firmer wrist shield. For where it sits on the wrist, flexibility isn’t necessary at all.

I bought the largest size....for an adult. If you have smaller forearms this might work for you or if you are a long lanky human. I am a tall human with decent size fore arms and this thing was impossible to put on and cut circulation. I also have xl to xxl hands
