Poor delivery/broken item
Lovely mug but unfortunately it arrived broken due to insufficient Amazon packaging (paper bag) and driver put (or dropped) it on the floor outside the door then left. I have reordered another 2 so hopefully this time it will not arrive in the same broken condition!
