These clamps seem much better built than the standard screw type, especially for radiator hoses andnother large applications. With the decline in quality of even name brand clamps, I have switched to T-bolt clamps like these and aviation style clamps for smaller diameter hoses, like fuel lines. These are great quality and I'm confident they will perform well.

GREAT IN A PINCH
The silicon coupler was a little thicker than I thought, so this was a tight fit, but looks great on the throttle body.

Measure carefully
The clamps work well and were used to stop the leak on a log splitter. Most complaints are that they are not sized correctly which is true. They are sized too large and I had to drop down 2 sizes to get the correct one that fits. I wonder if it is because they are originally metric and they did not know how to convert to standard correctly. The outside diameter of my hose was 1.5", the 1.25" was too big but the 1" worked fine.
