Melitta Filter Coffee Machine, Aromaboy Model, Stainless Steel, Black, Art.No. 6707286

This is a fab little coffee filter machine. I stumbled across it after a google search. It says it makes 2 cups but it is really only 1 mug. However, that’s perfect if, like me, you only want one cup. It is seriously tiny but makes a great cup of coffee and hotter than some of the bigger filter machines I’ve had in the past. Great value.

I bought this coffee machine just over 2 months ago and wanted to use it for a while so I could give an honest review.First thing to note is that it is little. The blurb suggests it makes two cups of coffee but in my reality this is one larger mug. This was exactly what I wanted because I drink one mug of CBD coffee per day and this is perfect. You need to use paper filters and they only had the standard 1 x 4 pack in the supermarket. I just cut off about an inch from the top and they fit fine, but ideally you need the Mellita 100/40 filters for a perfect fit I believe (I've not tried them yet).It produces the finished coffee pretty quickly and you can leave it on the warming plate for up to 40 minutes before it switches off automatically. It hardly takes up any space, is very easy to clean and it 'blubs' but only for a minute or so. It's reasonably robust too, but just be careful that you don't knock the little tank cover when it's raised.In summary it's great for a single person or someone who drinks the odd cup of filter coffee. I'm really pleased with my purchase and love it so much I think I'm going to be sad and give it a name!

Very small but this is exactly what I wanted. In reality a large mug is all you get. I really enjoy the coffee it makes. No more fuss with ground coffee and much better alternative than instant coffee.Paper filters is a must.

I was looking for a small filter machine to replace a five cup DeLongi but struggled. Persuaded myself to go smaller and glad I did. Wife and I soon got used to half the size of drink.Only fault I would mention is that it doesn’t seem to switch off automatically so you have to remember to flick the switch when you empty the flask.Update.I suspect it does switch off after a set time. If you power off at the plug, the switch on the machine automatically flicks off. Still very happy with the machine.

Perfect for that one cup! It saves me half- filling a kettle for a cup of coffee. Its a wonderful little coffee maker. I had 2 reasons for buying it1 economical and fast.2 It uses filters, which i have reverted to, to fight the cholesterol battle. And the coffee still tastes good.

If you just want one mug of black coffee in the morning without much fuss, the AromaBoy does the job. It’s compact, simple to use, and brews quickly. Great for small kitchens or solo setups.That said, the build quality feels basic, plasticy and the glass jug does not feel the most robust, which seems quite. While the coffee it can make is decent, it lacks the depth you’d get from more premium machines like a Moccamaster, or indeed a manual pourover like a V60. Filters can also be a bit tricky to source.It’s cute and functional, just don’t expect premium results.

I actually love this little coffee machine. At first when I saw how small it was I thought I wouldn't use it. Yes it does only make one mug of coffee, but it makes a very good one. I probably wouldnt buy if multiple people in your house need coffee at the same time, but for one at a time this machine is attractive and space saving, which is what I needed. Brews a coffee from cold water in a couple of minutes and keeps it warm if needed. I recommend the filters made for the machine. I was cutting larger ones down but the small Melitta ones are perfect.

Lovely little coffee machine :) I have bought it during covid times and it made my life 1000 times better :) Makes wonderful coffee and it is enough for about 300 ml mug. Be sure that the grind size of the coffee is suitable for that type of brewing otherwise the coffee is not so strong-finer grind equals to stronger coffee.And also about the paper filter size because I saw people struggling to fit 1x4 paper filters in and have to cut them-imaging the filter is a sleave and you need to bend its top end down so to cover the top end of the funnel. I could buy size 100 but the others are cheaper haha :)

Sie ist klein, sehr klein.Und genau deswegen habe ich mich für genau diese entschieden! Ich glaube es gibt keine ähnlich große Kaffeemaschine auf dem Markt. Der Preis ist natürlich vergleichsweise teuer, aber es ist, denke ich, ein Nischenprodukt, und das rechtfertigt dann wieder den etwas höheren Preis.Als Kaffeegenießer mit kleinen Kaffeetassen ist die Menge für eine Person gerade richtig. Genau 2 kleine Kaffeetassen füllt der Inhalt. Oder 1 größere Kaffeetasse (300 ml), oder eine sehr große Kaffeetasse mit Milchschaum. Mehr Kaffee als diese Menge soll man ja morgens sowieso nicht trinken. Sonst habe ich mich dazu verleiten lassen, den Rest auszutrinken und hatte dann riesige Kaffeemengen im Magen. So passiert das nicht, weil Schluss! Außer ich koche eine 2. Ladung (wie heute morgen).Um ehrlich zu sein, habe ich mir diese Puppenküchenkaffeemaschine für meinen Caddy Minicamper gekauft und bin so entzückt davon! Ich habe mir eine kleine Puppenküchenzeile in meinen Caddy gebaut, reise alleine und die Kaffeemenge reicht völlig für mich.Der Kaffee aus dieser Maschine schmeckt wunderbar, feiner Filterkaffee ohne Abstriche. Liegt wahrscheinlich auch an der Melitta-Qualität. Kein Plastikgeschmack, wie es oft der Fall bei billigen Maschinen ist.Ok, man könnte jetzt denken, eine 6 Tassen Maschine wäre auch gut, aber diese winzig kleine 2 Tassen-Maschine reicht völlig aus, wie schon erwähnt, zu viel Kaffee soll man ja auch nicht trinken. Ich habe sie jetzt erstmal zuhause ein paar Tage im Einsatz und bin verliebt. Sie erzeugt immer ein Lächeln in mein Gesicht, alleine wenn ich sie anschaue-ungelogen!Genug Filter habe ich jetzt auch bestellt in Größe 100. So niedlich, wenn man den kleinen Filter anschließend entsorgt....Ich habe in meinem Minicamper eine Puppenküche und diese Puppen-Kaffeemaschine passt perfekt für meine Zwecke.Notwendig? Nein. Aber schööööööön!!!!!

Voor één persoon met een kop van 0,5 liter, of voor twee personen. Voor grotere groepen raad ik een groter koffiezetapparaat aan.
