MIG WELDING GUN &TORCH 15' 200A replacement HOBART Handler 190,Multi-Handler 200, Handler 210, Handler 210MVP

Bought this for my Hobart 210 MVP. I love this welder but it’s one Achilles heel is the gun lead is always too short for my projects. I researched at length options for this issue. I have heard there might be feed issues with a longer lead. Just received it today. First impression is great. I didn’t realize it but it came with an extra slip adapter/ extra nozzle and an assortment of tips. If you buy those at tractor supply that’s 30 dollars or so value just in extras provided by this seller. In regards to feed issues. Welding with .030 wire with the original 10ft lead with a new liner I had the friction adjustment on the feeder set to 2. I installed the new 15’ lead and expected to have to tighten the friction knob some. Turns out it needed zero tightening. I keep my friction adjustment set as loose as possible to avoid bird nesting the wire. Currently in its new state I can not determine any difference in feed resistance thru the new lead. I am very happy I decided to take a chance on this longer lead.

Working good so far. (Hobart 210) My only concern is the amp rating15' "200A" Only reason I say that is the cord on this gun is smaller diameter ( O.D. ) than the original hobart gun that came with the welder. But It is working good so far. If anything changes I will re-post. Glad to have the extra 5 feet though, and a very reasonable price. Thanks, Chad.
