I love this - I went for afternoon tea for my birthday and the restaurant were using this set and I really loved it so bought one for at home.. the central resevoir is great really easy to fill and remove and the pot doesn't spill when you you pour.. the only downside is you only get 2-3 normal size tea cups from it so it's kind of a 1 person pot..

Great product, competitively priced and quickly delivered in secure packaging. Excellent value for money.

I have to say that I am disappointed by this product. To be 100% fair this is partly my fault as I didn't read the item as described. In my haste I purchased the item based on the picture which makes it look like your getting a wide variety of teas as well as a bamboo tray and a milk container. So imagine my disappointment when it turned up with one variety of tea. Would never have bought it if I'd known there was only one tea. I don't really consider this good value for money.
