Disappointing condition.
Product arrived scratched, dented and warped. So much so that 3 of the provided fixings could not be attached as the holes were in the wrong place. The product works very well but I expect a new product to arrive in perfect condition.

Not the brand/model advertised and poor quality
This was advertised and sold as a La Hacienda Malmo however I was sent a different brand and model. While it looks similar it is poor quality, very thin metal and arrived with dents and scratches. The structure is different to the La Hacienda Malmo. It was also sent with no fixings, I had to buy these separately. Not as advertised.

Not good
Bought this a a birthday gift and it arrived scratched with no screws to put it together! When the screws did arrive we had to get pliers to bend the metal so that the shelf would stop falling down.

Looks sleek, build quality poor
Two parts missing as well as the washers. Screws were too short, luckily I had my own that would do the job. The three main pieces don't line up perfectly
