I'm having to resort to Amazon to get my favorite mashed potatoes due to where I've moved to. Back in Texas, every store carries Hungry Jack...well, most of them did-do....I grill a lot, then and now. And I've tried almost every instant mashed potatoes available. Hungry Jack, by far, has the most potato-ey taste without the taste of cardboard (I'm sure some will say all these instant mixes are cardboardy). But this is the potato brand I keep around at all time. Even when I travel and I know I will cook or grill there, I will bring along a box of this to compliment my steaks. Yes, I would grill a $50 SRF Wagyu ribeye just to serve it next to a boxed potato blob, and I enjoy it very much.
