Easy-Going Stretch Square Ottoman Cover 40x40x15 inch Cream

I needed this to cover a faux leather basement ottaman which started peeling. It now looks like new. It was as easy as a fitted sheet to apply. And now I have a cover that I can remove and wash as necessary. I 100% recommend it on day 1. We'll see what it looks like on day 100.

If you own dogs, cats, maybe have a hairy boyfriend/husband (haha just kidding) then you are not a stranger to couch covers, pet blankets, bed protectors, etc etc. I would also bed you've experienced your fair share of, "this doesn't fit", "not the color I ordered," & "no way this can stand up to pet claws," as well. I got really excited to see this fit really well on our ottoman 33" x 64". I got the XX-large size. We have everything covered currently, as you can see in the photo, because a Shepard/Husky mix (Shepsky) just didn't play nicely w/ white leather, claws, drool, sheds all over. I really like the brand of pet covers we use on the couch, they have held up to numerous washings, are easily wiped off in between & are water resistant so no drool goes through to the couch, Easy-Going Futon Sofa Slipcover Reversible Sofa Cover here on Amazon. However, they just don't do well on ottomans. Sheppa, our pup, gets excited when during play or when we come home from work & runs back & forth jumping onto the ottoman. I can only imagine what it would look like by now if it wasn't covered, 70lbs w/ claws. Now I haven't tested this long term. She has run & jumped on it a few times & really likes sleeping up there & so far so good, my fingers are crossed her claws don't go through it or put pulls in the fabric anytime soon. They are priced well enough that as long as I can get 8-12months out of this thing I'll be happy. Switch to another color after that. If you don't have pets it will hold up wonderfully I imagine. The material was thicker than I thought it was going to be, which was great. We already had a cover on the ottoman that matched the 1s on the couch, but because it doesn't have elastic Sheppa would just knocked it off sometimes when she jumped up there. I ended up keeping that cover on the ottoman underneath the blue cover. I figured the extra layer of protection couldn't hurt. I was worried though that you would see the pattern or wrinkles/ folds through the new cover, but you can't, shows you it's thicker than a lot of similar products. It's dark blue so obviously her fur shows, but it was very easy to just run a wet paper towel over & grab the shed fur or use the pet fur collector tool I have. I'm sure a vacuum would be great too. The amount of colors offered was great. I do plan on buying at least 1 maybe 2 more as backups. This was a great find to protect, or refresh worn furniture. The color was a true camel color, but the fit was off. The shorter sides at the top were just too short for my ottoman, but I liked that it covered the whole thing. I decided to keep it anyway, it doesn't look terrible. I am satisfied with my purchase.

I have purchased many ottoman covers trying to find a close color-match to my couches, and this is the closest color match I have found. I purchased the Taupe, medium XL. It fit nicely on my 40in x 40in ottoman. I liked that this is more of a brown-taupe beige instead of a yellowish beige. Different lighting makes it so difficult to see true color. I posted close up to show actual color of my ottoman and the taupe cover. The only con to this cover is it is not waterproof or water-resistant. I just put a waterproof cover underneath that I had previously purchased. It stays in place very well. The material is very soft, with a bit of a velveety feel. The color hides dirt, from my three large dogs, very well. It is very stretchy and went on easily. I would definitely recommend.

The product itself is perfect, well made. I bought this (small size) specifically for the Davinci Universal Gliding Ottoman. I realized the dimensions were not exact, but it was likely going to work to bring the matching color to the living room. As far as using it for my specific ottoman noted above, it has some loose spots that can be moved a bit because it stretches. For me, it works just fine as the washability and color were priorities for me over a perfect snug fit.

Fit was perfect and looks great. They have a ribbed texture that is soft as well.

I love this - bought an XXL as I had a large ottoman- not sure if I could have sized down but this one fits goes all the way to the ground and stretches also matches the chair cover I bought Very soft and I love the textured design. Stays in place once on - Alison love it is easy to remove and washable - easy to put on as well - stretches and goes on so easy love the new look. Took my peeling couch to a brand new one

Colour is nice. A little big for my ottoman even though it's only an inch or so smaller than the dimensions. It does look better and it's soft and easy clean.

the colour of this slipcover isn"t light green , it is light aqua, and it looks like dark aqua in the picture. so consequently it doesnt really go with my rug. it also says 14 - 20inch wide. but body is long at sides which needs to be tucked under so you cant get full stretch across the top and it doesnt look like it fits properly'. on the plus side it is well made
